I telephoned with some simple questions about sending a parcel to be met by a very rude man. The telephone was answered very unprofessionaly and the conversation ended with the man hanging the telephone up on me.

I required simple clarification of something on their website, but received a very rude response, as if they did not want my business

Although cheaper than other couriers out there...I will not be using paisley out of principle...There are other cheap alternatives such as parcelmonkey and others on ebay
