Very very poor customer service. Ordered an item which was expected to be delivered within 2/3 days to find they had taken the money and had no stock. Received an e-mail a few days later letting me know that it was no longer available. I was unable to use the link to ask for a refund and had to ring. I was told it was refunded but my money was still not in the bank the next day!!! On calling customer services I was greeted by a less than charming man who was rather rude and frankly I am surprised in this climate that they are so flippant with customers. Very disappointing but there are many more reliable customer friendly cycle outlets out there. Shop around. Don't use them - it is not a pleasant experience
