Selling On Ebay

Hello and welcome to my guide

Just A basic few Notes on Selling on ebay for new sellers.

First make sure you have all the correct details on item -perhaps do short draft before typing it on and check all details are correct (you do not want problems where items are not as described)

The better photos of your item(s) the more interest you will have - you can alter photos such as crop/lighten/rotate etc when you upload the special picture part when click to add pics (3rd tab along)

There unfortunalty are quite a lot of people that try it on so you must remember that the clearer the item on your listing the better.

always state that you only offer refunds on the actual item price as  item is clear and postage was paid through actual sending the item and all the packing/milage to post office/fees

And remember you do not have to put up with verbal abuse,

simply offer refund if you offer them and if they still are being nasty. report to ebay.

(For example i only offer refunds of item prices if my listing is at fault &  for broken items i keep all proof of postage documents so they can then be forwarded over should items get damaged and you don't need to pay out as they will be covered with royal mail postage insurance within a certain amount - over 25.00 pound you will need extra insurance as normal 2nd/1st class do not cover)

i have had experience sadly in both buyers and sellers being outragously rude to me and neither times being my thought. so remember ebay customer services are there to help

thankyou and hope you find this useful
