How many times have you bought a brand new item from Argos or some mobile phone shop only to find its actually second hand and not new.ie someone with a wad of photocopied gift vouchers maybe has gone in and bought your item and used it for a week or two.Returned it to get a cash refund.(It was all about converting photocopies into cash).Meanwhile your little present to yourself is stained, damaged, password protected,and/or missing something and you live 90 miles away from the store you got it from. Well. Its happened to me and I think anything that has been returned for whatever reason, real or trivial is then second hand and should no longer have a new price. Any thoughts?
