I am writing to agree with the writer of this entry:
I too have 'Won' expensive items on Ebay only to be told that they either cannot be sold for that amount! or they are unwilling to sell at any cost - why set a reserve then?
However, maybe being a bit more perceptive I realised that if I left negative feedback they would retaliate, so I stepped back and left it at that.
But these people, unchecked will waste other people's time and prevent people from making bids on genuine items they may have won and collected! By EBAY simply saying that the vendor entered into a resolution is not good enough. If an item sells but transpire not to be available then it must be possible for a purchaser to leave negative feedback without fear of their own unblemished record being in jeopardy.
