Just a note to others to be careful when selling items and being paid by Paypal. I sold a product for £650 +p&p and was paid through paypal. (I had offered a full refund if buyer was unhappy with the item in my listing.) The item was dispached by courier and signed for. Positive feedback was recieved and given. However within two weeks the buyer opened a dispute, and a hold was put on my paypal account. After Paypal looked into things they decided to give a full refund to the buyer, because they deemed that it was the appropriate thing to do! No explanation was ever offered. The item was also never returned. After contacting the buyer using My Messages I was given a refund (directly from the buyer), by cheque, after some 2-3 months. To be honest, I have no idea what really went on, as no one would give me any details. Be carefull out there, and good luck!
