Hi all
I was just have a case with buyer as I post my item first class sign for and I always keep all receipt and just the item been lost by royal mail so I thought I do my job as a seller but found this not the buyer protraction policy give the buyer all right to refund all money wich paid and the seller just deal with royal mail or any network but should this policy change as there is no seller protraction here it's only work if the item been delivered so if item not delivered its seller problems as I sell some item I found the best way to deal with this problems to protact seller
1- if you sell an item over £46 send it special delivery or stander deliver with full cover insurance
2- always post your item sign for if is more than £15
3-keep all receipt untill the time end for cases
4-add in your list if the item sold for more than £46 I will charge for special delivery or sp insurance so the buyer will know befor bidding
In some case buyer will not happy with your postage price but it's for protect your self its much safer or eBay should Chang this policy as if you post item sign for with receipt should be buyer problem not the seller
So if you found this help just say yes please
