Your palletised goods will arrive on a tail-lift lorry, no crane is provided with our standard service offered for FREE delivery.
 
When will my delivery come - We will contact you, usually by ebay messages, within 24hrs of receiving your order to arrange a convenient delivery date. Standard ECO delivery is a 4 day service from dispatch. Next Day Service may be available at extra cost - please enquire prior to purchase. Deliveries are undertaken Mon-Fri only.

What time might it arrive -Your delivery may arrive anytime between 8am-6pm on your chosen day, please ensure an over 18 is present all day to receive & sign.

What is the size of the Vehicle - Upto a 17ton vehicle. Please ensure access is suitable for such a sized vehicle onto your road, ensuring a space of 3 cars length is left clear to park in. Due to the weight the truck will only park curbside and will not attempt to access your property.

Where will the goods be left - Within 1.8m/6ft of the vehicle onto nearby hardstanding ie: road/path/driveway. See Pic 2 in our listing for an illustration of the delivery service. The pallets are unable to move onto or over gravel, grass or on a steep incline or steps etc; and in such cases may have to be left on the road. Only you can say if this is acceptable for your curcumstances. Please do not order if you think your access will cause problems you can not manage as a refused delivery will be charged as will the subsequent return of the order.

I want it around the back -We're sorry but in most cases the goods will arrive on a bound & wrapped pallet/s on a curbside only service. The driver is unable to unpack your order. Perhaps you can arrange for a friend or family member to assist with unpacking on the day

CHECK OVER YOUR DELIVERY FOR OBVIOUS DAMAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING

DAMAGED DELIVERY

The pallet has obvious damages -Accidents do happen and if your delivery looks like it has had an obvious accident or pieces broken in transit please sign as DAMAGED and contact us immediately to enable us to send replacements asap. This is rare situation.

Ive opened the packaging and there is a piece broken - In the first instance see if the pieces is still usable. For instance you may need a piece to cut around a pipe, would this work? or you may not need the piece if the pack quantity is slightly more then you require, in this case a refund will be made for the damaged slab, but please inform us within 24hrs of receipt & provide a photo. If however the piece is integral to the design (ie: a circle piece) let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement piece to be sent out asap. Often spares are sent in the original order, no refund or replacement will be made for damaged spares.

Chalky Marks - All slabs that have travelled a distance will require a bit of TLC when they arrive, give one a wipe down with water & a soft cloth to remove the loose chalk, any manufacturing grease & any rub marks caused by travel, lay the slab down by your feet to see that the rest will look great when laid & cleaned up.
