Terms & Conditions for Bidding/Buying/Deliveries.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before bidding or purchase any item as you will be agreeing to them if you decide to bid or buy any products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
2.0 Cancellation Rights
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods.

3.0 Price and Payment
Payment can be made via your PayPal account and will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
4.0 Supply/Delivery of Goods
All goods will be processed and dispatched between 1-2 working days after clear payment. Saturday and Sundays order will be processed on Monday!! For goods which payment has been received after 3pm, will be processed the next day and dispatched between 1-2 working days except from Friday which order will be processed on Monday. If you didn’t receive your item or want an update please contact us and don’t open cases as this are for extreme measures. Doing so will only compromise the transaction and raise misunderstandings and us reporting you to Ebay for misusing requests.
We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return your item to us within 10 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are damaged. Items returned by post can take up to 5 days to process, for refunds we reimburse you using your original pay method. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the post office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will NOT be treated as returns. Returns with reason as changed mind will NOT be refunded any package and postage costs either way. Only the item value will be refunded.
