UPDATED/EBAYS NEW FEEDBACK SYSTEM, BEWARE SELLERS

EBAYS DREADFUL NEW FEEDBACK/SCORING SYSTEM THIS IS TO ALL REPUTABLE EBAY SELLERS OUT THERE WHO MAY HAVE HAD GOOD FEEDBACK ONLY TO BE DEMOLISHED BY EBAYS NEW FEEDBACK/RATING SCORE SYSTEM.

THIS IS AN UPDATE, TAKE A LOOK, MY SCORE IN BRACKETS IS GOING UP BUT PERCENTAGE HAS DROPPED TO 92.9% (ANSWERS ON A POSTCARD).

I RECENTLY LOGGED INTO MY EBAY ACCOUNT TO SEE MY FEEDBACK HAD GONE FROM 486 TO 502 BUT MY PERCENTAGE SCORE HAD DROPPED FROM 96.9% TO 94.4%, THERE HAD BEEN NO PREVIOUS EMAIL FROM EBAY EXPLAINING THIS AND TO ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, A SCORE THIS LOW COULD PUT THEM OFF, INFACT I AM EVEN MORE INFURIATED TO LEARN THAT SELLERS CAN NO LONGER LEAVE NEGATIVE FOR BUYERS, NO MATTER HOW BAD THEY ARE, YOU CAN NOW ONLY LEAVE POSITIVE OR NOTHING, IS IT ME OR DOES IT SEEM GROSSLY UNFAIR TO OTHER SELLERS THAT BUYERS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE POSITIVE, NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE BUT SELLERS HAVE HAD THAT PRIVILEDGE REMOVED, ALL SELLERS CAN DO IS OPEN A NON PAID ITEM DISPUTE, BUT EVEN IF THE BUYER HAS NOT PAID, IF THEY SAY THEY WISH TO CONTINUE THE TRANSACTION OR LIE ABOUT PAYMENT THEN THE DISPUTE AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES WITH NO FINAL VALUE FEE CREDIT BEING AWARDED.

EBAY ARE NOW TAKING THE PISS OUT OF SELLERS, IF I WASN'T FOR US THEY WOULD HAVE NO INCOME, I HAVE JUST RECEIVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM A BUYER WHO BOUGHT AN ITEM, PAID VIA PAYPAL AND THEN AFTER ARRANGING TO COLLECT, NEVER BOTHERED TURNING UP, NO OTHER COLLECTION TIME WAS SUITABLE FOR SO I ARRANGED TO POST BUT EXPLAINED THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I COULD FIT ROUND WORK TIMES, THEY THEN HAD THE CHEEK TO COMPLAIN, BY THIS POINT IDE HAD ENOUGH SO REFUNDED THEM IN FULL, THEY THEN BLATANTLY LIED WHEN LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, AND WHEN I RANG EBAY AND ASKED THEM TO REMOVE IT APPARENTLY THEY CAN NO LONGER DO SO, IT CAN ONLY BE DONE USING THE MUTUAL WITHDRAWAL, BUT HOW THE HELL IS THAT GOING TO WORK WHEN THERE IS ONLY 1 LOT OF FEEDBACK, WHATS MUTUAL ABOUT THAT, ALSO TO ALL THE SCAMMERS OUT THERE (MAINLY FROM NIGERIA) WHO PUT BIDS IN SO HIGH NOBODY HAS A CHANCE OF WINNING AND THEN HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF PAYING WHAT THEN??? NEGATIVE WAS A GREAT WAY OF GETTING RID OF THEM AS EBAY WOULD IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND THEM, BUT IT NOW LOOKS LIKE EBAY ARE ON THEIR SIDE, YES EBAY KNOW THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS BUT NEVER MIND, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THEY ARE CRIMINALS, LETS PROTECT THEM BY ONLY LEAVING POSITIVE OR NOTHING AND AS SELLERS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BE AT THE MERCY OF A BUYERS FEEDBACK, DO EXACTLY AS THEY WANT BECAUSE IF THE SLIGHTEST THING GOES WRONG, WHAM BAM YOU COULD RECEIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHILE THEY SIT BACK KNOWING YOU CANT RETURN IT.

EBAY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS AND REALISE ITS YOUR SELLERS THAT ARE PAYING YOU TO LIST AND THEN ALSO GIVING YOU A FINAL VALUE FEE, IT IS NOT THE BUYERS THAT PAY YOU, THEY HAVE THE PLEASURE OF BUYING WITHOUT ANY FEES INVOLVED, SURELY YOUR JOKE OF A NEW SYSTEM SHOULD BE MORE IN FAVOUR OF SELLERS RATHER THAN BUYERS OR AT LEAST PUT IT BACK TO WHAT IT WAS, IF THIS STAYS AS IT IS THE CONSEQUENCES IN LOSS OF REVENUE VIA SELLERS COULD BE A DISASTER AND IF IT DOES HAPPEN THEN YOU ONLY HAVE YOUR NEW STUPID SYSTEM TO BLAME.
