Ukdiscountstore refusing refund unless positive FB left

Anyone had a problem with ukdiscountstore ? Their feedback does not tell the whole story. Why? Because they have a 'policy' of not doing anything to help in a dispute unless you leave them positive feedback FIRST. Then whe incentive do they have to do what they are supposed to, be it refund or whatever. Have you been asked to do this, and did they hold up their end of the bargain? I reluctantly had to claim for a refund of the carriage charge of an item. Dispite their boasting of 'usually next day delivery' my item still had not arrived 6 days later, and the company were no help with either phone calls or emails. Eventually I had to go and collect this item myself as i just coulnd't wait any longer for it, it was needed on a deadline. They have shown no sympathy and refuse to help by way of refunding the carraige, unless I give them positive feedback first. IS THIS ALLOWED WITHIN EBAY?
