I purchased a Nokia E7 from Ecell in April 2011, it arrived on time, but wish I had returned it.
The advert showed a european phone, but when it arrived it was Chineese. I was not aware that the phone has no Nokia European Warranty & software upgrades are not available.
The phones failed to charge, it had to be sent back to Ecell . Almost 6 weeks later I got it back with a letter saying 'we believe that the handset has been water damaged'
The charging fault appears to be a common fault with the E7, I don't believe it has suffered water damage. I am taking it to my local Nokia repair centre for their assesment & photographic evidence
