After ordering from Wessex Teak we are still waiting for a delivery date for our conservatory furniture. We ordered almost 2 months ago and they were quick enough to take the cash but their correspondance is terrible to put it mildly! We have had a couple of e-maiols fobbing us off and saying it will be sorted in a few days but no definate answers. After using google to search for reviews on them I was shocked to see just how many upset customers they have that are in a similar situation to ourselves.It sounds like once you order from them- thats it- say goodbye to your cash- how is this right- surely we all need to stand up to this?
