I just read a guide on this company. We had the same experience. Bought and paid for garden furniture in March. We were told they would deliver in 5 weeks - no joy. Tried to call them many times but their phone system is a loop and there is no message option - needless to say there is never anyone there. Eventually they responded to one of many emails and said it would be delivered on the 90th day after we bought it (their Invoice "maximum" delay). We waited - nothing. No call, email, letter. Called the Credit Card company and Essex Trading Standards who looked them up on their own system to confirm details - obviously they can't possbily tell you if they are aware of a company, but I drew my own conclusions. Miracle of miracles I got a cheque yesterday - will bank it today and update this guide if it bounces. AVOID THIS LOT.
