I am sad to say that our experience echoes many others' with regards to Wessex Teak. 5 months have now passed since they took our money and have failed to deliver the item. Countless (and I mean countless) attempts to contact them have failed. On the odd occasion you get past the engaged tone on their number, they either fob you off by saying they will look into it and ring you back (which they have never done), promise that the item will be delivered on a set day (and it doesnt arrive) or someone just picks the phone up at their end and hangs up immediately. I have had no choice but to issue a legal claim through the courts. I have also reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid them like the plague unless you are happy to give them money for nothing in return.
