I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY HOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER OUT OF PAYPAL.AFTER A CLAIM OF NON RECIEPT MADE AGAINST ME {WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THIS PERSON PAYING FOR IT} I HAVE EMAILED P/PAL REPEATEDLY TO SEE IF THIS PERSON HAD RESPONDED  TO THEM AFTER THEY GAVE HIM A TIME IN WHICH TO DO SO EXPIRED. I VOICED MY CONCERNS TO P/P ABOUT THIS BUT THEY SEEM IMPERVIOUS TO ANYTHING EXCEPT THIS MAN CLAIMED NON RECIEPT.HE WAS GIVEN REFUND VIA P/P  AND I HAVE SPENT THE LAST FORTNIGHT TRYING TO FIND OUT NOT WHAT THEIR RESOLUTION WAS,BUT HOW THEY ARRIVED THERE BUT ALL TO NO AVAIL.THE LAST EMAIL I RECIEVED FROM P/P CITED DATA  PROTECTION,JUST WHAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THIS PERSON ACTUALLY REPLIED TO P/P ,NOT WHAT IF ANYTHING WAS SAID REALLY HAS ME BEAT.ONCE THE P/OFFICE COMPLETE THEIR INQUIRY I AM  NEVER GOING BACK TO P/PAL ,YOU DO NOT STAND A CHANCE IF A NON RECIEPT IS FILED AGAINST YOU..............
