I bought a sewing machine from jsm machine from Joys International Sewing mMachine Ltd.. it worked well for 3 hour long sessions. then it ceased to work. I took it to my local sewing machine expert, whom I have known & trusted for over 20 years. He informed me that the timing was wrong & that there was absolutely no way that I could have caused the fault & reccomended that I return it to the firm who sent it. after much fuss someone called Alison agreed to take it back & that they would be colllecting it on Tuesday 13th. may. My husband & I took it in turns to wait in all day. nobody came to collect the sewing machine. I rang again & alison said they would collect it on friday17th may . they failed to do so.. I rang on Friday am. & they said they would ring back. At 4pm when obody had contacted me I rang them & spoke to Jo who told me that only Alison could deal with the matter & that she would be back on monday. I rang today May 19th at 8.10 am To be told that jane would ring back. she did not & now they are on the answer phone that takes no messages.
I do feel that J.S.M. have treated me very badly. I gave them time to correct their error. had they done so iwould not have mentioned the matter to you.
