car buying be fair don't haggle later

i have bought cars and sold some on ebay. i must point out that descriptions can be seen as correct by the seller and subject to differences off opinion. if you buy a car it is a contract and you should be willing to pay what you bid. if you are unsure about the description and need peace of mind then go see the car before you bid. i normally do but i accept the car as bid if i don't. It is your responsibility to accept what you bid for. it's unfair on sellers to try & haggle once you see the car. as the law goes buyer beware and a wining bid is a contract. So see the car first don't mess the sellers about as they pay fees on the winning bid.
