case closed refunds

Like if this guide is helpful
if the seller is slow with communications  , and denies of receiving emails. and you ask for a refund
he says yes,  and calls a case open for a refund, the case is closed and you have to chase your own refund from the seller.

now try and claim your refund through ebay as the case is closed
