Dealing with pc-rack a word of warning

Where to begin. You could just save yourself the trouble of reading this and take my word for it that you really do not want to buy anything at all from this man / Company. One word sums it up = SHOCKING. In summary:
I bought a PC on the 5th February and paid instantly with Paypal.
Took over a week to arrive and even allowing for "working days" it was not the 48 Hour courier service advertised. Ok, not a huge problem but a point to note anyway.
Pc arrived with no paperwork at all relating to what hardware was installed which makes it impossible to install the drivers. No driver disks for any of the hardware nor for the motherboard. Also the i/o plate at the rear looked like someone had been mangling it with a pliers around the VGA output?
Installed Windows 7 64 bit. (I am a fully-qualified pc hardware engineer with industry standard training and a CCNA ).
Pc worked for about 3 hours whereupon it crashed. On restart it just beeped....and beeped ....and beeped.
Bios error codes indicated a processor problem, or a graphics problem.
Contacted Pc- rack (phone numbers go straight to answerphone so don't expect any "support" that way). Told to send pc back
Sent pc back - cost £25 with DHL - I could have sent a few quid cheaper with Parcelforce but I didn't want to take any chances.
He got the pc back on the 18th Feb - confirmed by DHL.
Its now the 28th and I'm still waiting for an explanation/ replacement/refund/apology.
