The purpose of this guide is to help genuine ebayers learn a quick and easy way to research trading partners' feedback history without having to trawl through pages upon pages of comments.
Simply google the word TOOLHAUS. The 1st link that shows is the site you need.
This gives you the abilty to enter an ebay username in the NEGATIVE/NEUTRAL FEEDBACK box - and within seconds, their search engine will show you all negative & neautral feedback left for this person. It will also show you any comments that have been mutually withdrawn.
How often have you found an item you might consider buying, then you think to check their feedback first...
Ok, for example - they are a long time established powerseller with 97% positive feedback... but this could still mean they have had hundereds of negative feedback in the last 6 months if they sell loads of items. It will take a while to sift through their history normally, but this is where TOOLHAUS will come in handy.
At a click, it can show you that say 30 people all saying - Item never received, no refund given AVOID - Its quite likely this seller should be avoided at all costs as all those buyers can't be wrong!
I always use this site if I have any doubts about trading partners, and would recommend everyone else to do the same.
If we as a community can become more aware & selective about who we trade with, these time wasting bad sellers who can ruin the ebay experience for so many, will end up with no customers at all!
Remember, if you have any doubts about a trading partner, based on feedback - check TOOLHAUS first.. This will confirm your instincts.
Also - It is very likely they are not the only person here on Ebay selling that particular item - so shop around!!!
