ebay/paypal collusion

Like if this guide is helpful

I sold 2 items back in May this year but the bidder did not pay for the items. After numerous emails with no reponse I contacted both ebay and paypal through their usual very unhelpful message service and promptly logged a dispute. I was charged £32 for the service and this was deducted, by paypal from my account. I contacted paypal, again via their messaging service, but was informed that the dispute and refund would have to be taken up with ebay. I contacted ebay again after the 30 day dispute period and was advised by their automated system that I would have to put in another dispute claim for this to be resolved.

After several conversations, online, with one of their inhuman operators, I was told that a refund had been made and that my account had been credited.  Upon checking my account I discovered that the amount credited was £00.01p !!!!

Are they taking the piss or what????

I sent a message to ebay suggesting that their directors are nothing but greedy bastards and asked for my money back.

They responded by suggesting that if I wanted to close my account I would have to follow the link on the website.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I will buy from ebay again but certainly won't be selling anything until I get my money back!
