Purchased a battery from ecell, never arrived, made Paypal claim and ebay submitted a Post Office tracking code to Paypal and Paypal took it a face value and sided with them that I had received it. HOWEVER, the tracking code they send was for a postal item not sent or addressed to me or to my address, the address I gave ecell and is on my ebay/paypal account! I had it checked by the post office and below is a copy of the letter they sent me. It quite clearly states item WZ647680554G was sent to 67 Dimsdale View and not to my address I live on Seabridge Lane! in a different area to ware item sent. This company is obviously not beyond sending false info to paypal!
