One thing I have learnt recently due to a nasty buyer is NEVER LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACK FIRST as a seller, always make sure buyer is ok and recieved item first, I did that last part but went ahead and left positive feedback despite having to chase her up for payment, she responded with a claim of faulty goods and went straight through ebay before contacting me to sort problem out. Lesson learnt.
