Refunds for items not received
I have found the following policy to work very well for me when goods have been paid for but not received.
Firstly, its a good idea only to shop where you see the paypal logo, I would say when buying from abroad this is a must.
Secondly, if you have not received the goods within 26 days register this with paypal, 26 days is more than enough time for an item to arrive.
Thirdly and lastly, if not received within another 7 days inform paypal and request a refund. If within your home country and may be worth contacting the seller directly, if a seller is the slightest bit rude, cut your losses, get your money back and don't return. The e-bay community should be friendly and rudeness should not be tolerated.
Remember, file that claim on the 26th day
