1 - REMOVE THE 3 BOLTS RETAINING THE ENGINE ACOUSTIC COVER AND REMOVE COVER, REMOVING THE RADIATOR TOP COWL (4 CROSSHEAD SCREWS) WILL ALSO IMPROVE ACCESSABILITY LATER ON.
2 - REMOVE THE VACUUM PIPE(S) FROM THE EGR VALVE
3- REMOVE HOSE BETWEEN INTERCOOLER AND EGR VALVE
4- RELEASE THE FLEXI HOSE FROM THE EGR COOLER (IF FITTED) OR THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD (IF NO EGR COOLER FITTED)
5- REMOVE THE 4 BOLTS RETAINING THE EGR VALVE AND REMOVE NOW DISCONECTED ASSEMBLY
6-FIT BLANKING PLATE TO EGR COOLER (IF FITTED) OR MANIFOLD (IF NO EGR COOLER FITTED) USING EXHAUST ASSEMBLY PASTE TO ENSURE SEAL
7- FIT EGR REPLACEMENT ADAPTOR USING GASKET SUPPLIED TO INLET MANIFOLD AND REFIT INTERCOOLER PIPE
8- TRACE BACK VACUUM PIPE(S) TO SOLENOID(S) AND REMOVE, FIT BLANKING PLUG(S) ONTO TAKE OFF(S)
9- REFIT ENGINE ACOUSTIC COVER
