I have been in touch with their customer service on lots of occasions, i wanted a spare part for a helena cot but they only hold the spares for three years it seems, I then reported that the pliko p3 we had was broken the bolt had come out of back off pushchair that attaches to the harness nearly causing my granddaughter to fall out but they havent got the parts because it was bought in 2009, i just wont buy anything else they make its expensive so you think your buying a quality item when instead of buying a £4-500 item you might as well buy something a quarter of the price, many of their items are not made here, there made abroad, so no guarantee cause its mamas and papas jo bloggs could have made it. I was looking of the Cosatto site they give a 4 year guarantee which sounds good too me as as all mamas and papas tell is its out of the 12month guarantee, well im sorry but i think when you pay this much you would expect it to last a lot longer than 12months, that nearly £10 a week for a crap item thats scrap in 12 month, i have told all my friends not to buy anything from them in fact i publicly put it on facebook and changed by daughters mind from having one of their pushchairs, she had the graco evo, who have a much better customer service team i will say. Sort yourselves out mamas and papas stop ripping parents off! If cosatto can offer a 4 year guarantee so should mamas and papas.
