This is the most brilliant way of extending your wireless access without having any trailing wires around the house.  We have a really old house with thick (2ft in some places) cob walls. My husband at first was very sceptical about it, all you had to do was plug these into a mains socket, and more or less off you go.  "It won't work - its a waste of money" he said.  But "Let's give it a go", said the ever optimistic me!!  Anyway to cut a long story short IT WORKS - IT REALLY DOES WORK, we now have 'very good signal strength' wireless access throughout the house, with just the 2 plugs, one which plugs into your socket for your main computer and the other plugs in where you want the wireless access. When we first installed it we had a bit of trouble getting it started, but the netgear helpline were really good and talked my husband through the whole thing.  (all the way from India - amazing!!)

hope this is of some help to all those people who have children who want computers and broadband in their bedrooms!!
