This is just a quick guide for new ebayers,
eBay will help in most cases but if your new to ebay then dont be too trusting.
Several "New eBayers" have bought items from me and paid very quickly, which is a credit to them and as all sellers will tell you, is very good.
BUT. and unfortunatley there is a but, this is for the new ebayers, DONT BE TOO TRUSTING. Not all ebayers are 100% trustworthy, most are which is good for ebay and good for the sellers and buyers of ebay.
First you need to win the auction,
Now you need to pay, Pay pal is best but it costs, send a cheque, do not send cash, if it arrives the seller cant prove it didnt?? OK point taken.
Now wait for your goods to arrive.
Once they arrive and they are what you thought you were bidding on, then if they work and all is well then you can leave some feedback. DONT leave feedback until the very last thing in the transaction. Once you leave feed back then the deal is done, finished, dead. full stop. GET THE IDEA.
If the item is not what you what you have won, or is broken in transit then return it, in its original packaging. insured. Just remember first class insurance comes free up to £32.00 if the item is worth more then pay for extra insurance, it is worth it in the end.
Several new ebayers are so keen to get going that they have won an item paid for it and left feed back winth in a minute or two.
This could be your loss.
This quick quide is not meant to scare but just to inform some new ebayers.
i hope it helps.
