i ordered an emerald ,her birthstone , for my wife to mark our 10th anniverssary in september , it arrived a day after the date of the anniverssary despite it being almost 5 weeks and numerous phone calls of promises after having paid for it.
Turned out the stone was damaged and it had to be returned and again 4 weeks passed with broken promises of a ring the next day , next week etc , and when it did eventually turn up the clasps had been damaged replacing the stone and so back it went.
about 6 weeks later we are still awaiting the repaired ring and quite frankly the retail managers attitude to my wife including the phrase "lifes to short to get upset over small things" disgusted me. consumerline are aware of this issue and only this week we were told 200% we would have the ring but when i phoned to find out , its now next wednesday we will hope to have it.
avoid at all costs. have asked for a refund and will start proceedings if no ring or money is received.
