I bought a bicycle on ebay and needed it shipped from a private address in Sudbury to Richmond in London.
I booked Paisley because they were cheap. I read alot of negative reviews and a couple of positive reviews.
When I paid I used PAYPAL just in case there was a problem I could use the PAYPAL process to get a refund.
However, they picked up the item on the day they said they would and the delivered the bicycle in excellent condition the following day.
I had no need to contact them so I am unable to comment on their customer service (which I have read is appalling).
So my experience in using Paisley Freight was a positive one.
My advise to Paisley Freight is to employ someone with a good temperament to deal with customer services, everyone is prepared to except a little delay if they are communicated to in a positive way. I almost didn't use them due to the poor comments they have around the internet about this. That would have been a shame because as it turns out they did my particular job well.
