i have had the same problem with work 4 ltd also known as payperdrop.i had started a claim with dhl over a matter with damaged goods, and they took their time (approx 7days) to get back to me to let me know that i have to make a claim through the 3rd party being work4ltd. i have made a claim with them and still waiting for a response. i have been talking to them by email and phone, also on their msn chat thing.
i am getting nowhere with them as they tell me that its being processed and i will hear from them in due course... this claim has been going on for months now and its unfair on the customer who bought from me. i cant refund the customer myself until i get granted the compensation, as its unfair on me also. either way its unfair on the buyer and the seller if they had to make a claim. i have only just learnt that they are fraudulant in this way when a customer i am dealing with got her item damaged in transit. if i knew earlier this wouldve have been avoided.
