I purchased a zapp which i do love, for my 20 month old daughter. I thought that it was ideal as it folded up smaller than most others - yes it does but when folded it is still quite bulky. If you have a full car boot your better off with the umbrella fold.
I have also found that if you take your hands off it when out, it takes on a life of its own and rolls away from you - so be aware.
This summer i realized that although the hood is great and covers well, it didn't totally protect my daughter from the sun. Quinny do not make a sun canopy/ umbrella for the zapp. Its difficult to find one to fit due to the thickness of the frame work. Sometimes putting it up and down can be quite hard, to pull stage three (the bottom frame) up you need muscles.
I wouldn't recommend it for a tiny baby, but is great for an older baby.
All that said i love the look of my Pink Quinny and would not be with out it. It glides along, so easy to push, no effort in it. Ive found that putting a buggy net on the back solves the where do i put my bits and bobs problem.
I haven't used the snug winter cover yet but look forward to putting it on for her, as it is really snug looking and i know it will keep her warm and cosy. Its like a mini sleeping bag.
Id give it an 8 out of 10.................
