may i suggest that in principal the idea was originally good,but to me it now seems to only reflect the views of the buyers with some sort of axe to grind,take the postal charges for instance,many buyers seem to think that they are overcharged and give ones or twos in feedback,yet if you look at 99% of sellers postal fees they are fair and considered charges and within e-bays guidelines,e-bay then in their wisdom say you are not up standard,i personally think that this part of the dashboard should be scapped and perhaps replaced with an overall buying experience graded 1 to 10 ,i think this would prove to give a better reflection of how sellers are conducting business.
