I wanted to warn people about an incident.
belinda 1935 sold a fax machine that didnt work. The cost of the postage to me and then to return the broken machine would have cost more than the machine itself. I was then told by Belinda that she would have to test the item before refunding me. This coming from someone who purposely sold me a broken item in the first place.
I have cut my losses and contacted the credit card company to get my money back. I would suggest that there is agreement that postage is refunded both ways on items that are broken before you purchase
