Pros: This machine is absolutely fantastic. Piping hot cups of tea and coffee on tap is life changing (lol). Seriously this machine is quite pricey to start with but not only looks good but saves energy and saves you the bother of waiting for the kettle to boil. Since I bought mine numerous friends have also taken th plunge and have been equally delighted.
Cons: the only drawback is that the claris filter cartridges only last around 3-4 weeks in our house and they are quite expensive to buy (£4.99 is cheapest I've found on Amazon) but I am a stay at home mum and drink a lot of green tea!
