I contacted tentastic with a problem regarding my purchase from them and I was looking for advice. They hung up on me during the call! Then when i tried to call back, no one answered the phone. What terrible customer service and the tent is totally unusable, what a waste of money. I only wish that i had read all the other reviews regarding this company before i made my purchase and to see how they manipulate their feedback to make it appear positive.
