Time Wasters

I have had a lot of trouble with unpaid items recently. my advice is to contact the seller and operate a 3 day policy (payment within 3 days of the auction ending) and after three days open a dispute if it works they will pay if not you get eBay credit. usually timewasters are new to eBay have 0 feedback and have no address so whach out and use buyer requirements a really useful tool to prevent timewasters from even bidding on your items.
