Using Parcelforce for delivery purposes.

Hi just had a thought most of the buyers who are listed on ebay use the parcelforce courier service for delivery purposes have they experienced the same problem that i have,you pay for the item on ebay to have the item delivered to your home address. Does this  mean that 9 times out of 10 you have to go and collect it yourself . I have recently purchased several items on ebay and have to go and collect them from the post office as they will not deliver to my address , as it is in a block of small rise flats which has a lift service no card is ever left to state that they have been and then you get a letter to state that it has been sent to the post office and i have to go and collect it. Just thought i would let other people know the situation that i have been experiencing.
