This Company in the States sells trainers.  The products they sell and ship over are fine, but after paying overpriced shipping fees, (which they said they would refund and haven't)   I then received a further bill from FedEx - 2 weeks after I received my trainers.  I was not informed of these extra charges after buying the item.  Their website has no mention of this.

After contacting Virtual Exchanges to ask why this was not stated on their website, and I felt this hidden charge was very underhand- they were not at all helpful in their response and quite rude - basically, tough luck its your problem, get on with it.

After contacting FedEx they advised me to contact Trading Standards as they said Virtual Exchange should not be allowed to do this and they are misleading people and mis-selling their goods.

With these extra hidden charges on top and stinging you after you've recieved your item - BEWARE!
