Firstly, this is a beautiful flat, I an not exaggerating when I say that everyone who comes in here says 'WOW'!   It has the most stunning sea views.

It is set in Warrior Square, a beautiful sea front Victorian square and the flat is on the second floor

Here's where the investment is needed:

- The whole building leaks along the sea facing front side and has done for a number of years.

-My flat suffers from leaking bay ceilings with heavy rainfall, so the councl served a disrepair notice on it in 2010.  The leaks are just contained in the bay areas. and there are a few holes in the ceiling, see pics.

- Major works are due to the whole building, as it has been neglected.  The building is about to be surveyed and the works will be done in stages, which will probably now start next summer.

-Based on 5 year old reports there is no real structural damage, just some re-pinning of bays and the some of the bressemer beams need replacing.

- The freeholders are currently BNP Paribas, who are the actual freeholder's receivers.  BNP / The bank have committed to restoring the building and will then sell on.

I am selling as I don't have the money for the works, which are due to be phased, so this flat needs someone with deeper pockets than me.
