Payment

• We accept payments via Paypal. 

• We do not send an invoice unless requested incase you are still bidding. If you require an invoice please let me know and I will send one to you specifying the total amount.

• If you have made a multiple purchase and have not received the correct postage discount, please contact me before making payment & I will send an invoice to you specifying the total amount. Please note, I am unable to refund any overpayments in postage if payment is made before an invoice is requested & sent.

• Payment or contact should be made within 7 days. If payment or contact has not been made within 7 days, I will assume the item is no longer required and will begin the unpaid item process.

 Postage & Packaging

•  I combine postage on all of my items and only charge one postage fee no matter how many items you buy. Postage is charged on the heaviest purchase and all additional items are posted free of any further charge. This offer also applies to international buyers.

• Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours, although may very occasionally take up to 72 hours during busy periods.

• Items are sent via 2nd class post by default although 1st class post is also available as a postage upgrade.

• Very occasionally items do go missing in the postal system. If you have not received your item within 10 days please let me know and I will send replacement items to you. International buyers please allow 20 days.

 Returns Policy

• If you are not entirely happy with your item please return it to me within 14 days for a full refund.

• All purchases are covered by The Office of Fair Trading's Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

• I really do care about my customers and would rather lose money than have an unhappy customer. If I have made an error when packing your items please let me know & I will always resolve it as soon as I am aware of the problem. I have always felt neutral or negative feedback should be a last resort. I am confident I can resolve any problem to your satisfaction, provided I am aware of it. I will always resolve any problems quickly and will bend over backwards to ensure my customers are happy.

My name is Louise and I am a Bead Fanatic! Founded in 2007 we have been suppying beads for 5 years now, but many of you will know us better as Eroewens. We recently changed our name to Bead Fanatic to coincide with the opening of our new retail shop.

We run our shop to share our love of beads and have always put our customers first in all that we do. Our aim is to offer the best service & quality whilst keeping our prices low.  Please see my about me page for more information.
