ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US ON A RECORDED MAIL. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO TRACK ANY ITEM SENT ON NON-RECORDED MAILS. • Should any parts be missing, damaged or consumable items be used in whole or part, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund. • Any refund will only be credited to the paypal Account which was used originally to purchase the item. Goods are refunded Immediately after we received the item. • Goods returned must be adequately addressed and packaged so as to prevent any damage. • What happens if my purchase is faulty? You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of any faults or defects, describing any problems that you are experiencing.
