TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COMMUNICATION – Please use the EBay messaging system for all communication relating to our listings, products and your order. We are unable to respond fully to email messages without the relevant information that is automatically included in an EBay message and unfortunately our staff are not able to resolve issues on the telephone.
COMBINED P&P – if you have purchased multiple items from different listings you can email before payment and we will send you a combined invoice including postage discount where applicable.
DESPATCH OF YOUR ORDER – Paypal payment must be made within three days. Orders are usually despatched the next working day after receiving cleared payment (except handmade items – see individual listings). We do not post on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. We will contact you if there are any issues regarding possible delays. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail first or second-class, as detailed in the listing unless another service is agreed. You will receive notification advising you of when the item has been despatched. If you haven't received your order within 7 WORKING DAYS of despatch please notify us via Ebay messages.
POSTAGE ADDRESS – For security reasons, we will only despatch items to the verified delivery address on the Paypal notification. Please ensure the delivery address is correct before completing the paypal transaction, multiple delivery addresses can be created within Paypal.
CONDITIONS OF POSTING - Please note that all items are posted at the buyers risk and once your item/s have been posted it is no longer our responsibility, please contact us before payment if you require recorded or special delivery or a traceable mail service and we will adjust your invoice. Please note that Royal Mail do not class a 1st class item lost until 15 working days (i.e. not including weekends and bank holidays) after posting for UK posting and 30 days for the rest of the world so a claim cannot be made before this.
CHECK YOUR ORDER – Please check your order immediately on receipt, any issues must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
RETURNS – Returns are accepted only by prior agreement and postage is at the cost of buyer unless goods are faulty. If you wish to return an item you must advise us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging except for faulty goods. You must obtain proof of posting for any returns. Please note we are unable to accept returns for any edible items.
P & P COSTS - Please note that p&p costs not only reflect the price of postage but all appropriate packaging and miscellaneous costs.
FEEDBACK – We do leave feedback after your transaction has been completed. We strive extremely hard to provide a fast, efficient and professional service to all our customers and if you experience any problems whatsoever do not hesitate to contact us. If you are considering leaving neutral or negative feedback please send us a message first and we will endeavour to resolve any issues so that this is not necessary.
