Return policy Please check your items on receipt especially courier items. Claims for damage/faulty items need to be reported within 12 hours. Items that are faulty should be returned to us. Once the item is checked and agreed faulty a refund will be issued including customers return costs* please contact us for a returns number and for details on the maximum we will refund in return costs. If the item is not faulty it will be treated as a cancellation. For cancellations, we offer buyers a 'cooling off' period of 7 working days after receipt for all Buy It Now items. Products must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact. A restocking charge will be levied of 10% of the total value including vat and delivery or the initial delivery costs (whichever is the greater). There is no charge for a cancellation if the item has not been dispatched. To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail within 7 days, if you do not receive a receipt of the email within 24 hours please contact us on 0843 289 7031. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days. The item must be returned to the address specified. Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customers expense in merchantable condition. As you would expect all of our products offered for sale are new and unused and consequently we are unable to restock goods that have been used. Outside UK: In addition to the above we will accept the cancellation and return of goods shipped from the EC within 21 working days of dispatch. There will be a 5% restock fee plus we will not refund the original shipping to the customer within 30 days. Exceptions and conditions Unfortunately, opened software cannot be returned in most cases. The cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods i.e. all software, media and sample CD's can not be accepted if the goods have been opened or unsealed in any way. Certain goods that are ordered to specifically meet customer's requirements are also exempt from these regulations. Internal computer components, such as PCI sound cards, may also not be refundable if they have been inserted in to a computer or the bag seal has been broken. All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear may not be able to be returned once opened due to health reasons. Special order items may not be returned. Special orders are orders where products are designed to customer's designs of specifications.
