We post by royal mail and courier, by royal mail we post to anywhere in the UK with a postcode and by courier we only post to mainland UK excluding Islands and Northern Scotland.
We may upgrade any of our advertised royal mail postings to courier. Courier delivery requires a signature.
A telephone number is required for any courier deliveries so please make sure your ebay shipping address has a current telephone number. An upto date telephone number is not needed for royal mail postage.
An upto date email address is also required for courier deliveries as they will send an email with estimated delivery time on the morning of the delivery, the email will contain a link to alter delivery if unsuitable. As we use different couriers you may not receive an email.
All deliveries from the courier must be checked and only signed for if you are happy that they are undamaged and no parts are missing. If in any doubt or courier doesn't want to wait sign for items as damaged.
We are only able to make a claim for damages from the courier if the items have been signed for as damaged.
We only sell brand new items that are fit for their purpose, match their description and are of a satisfactory quality.
The buyer is responsible for postage costs in returning any faulty item. We will assist you in making any claim against royal mail for items received damaged.
We are only able to answer questions sent to us via ebay's contact seller message's. No emails sent direct will be answered.
Royal Mail and the courier collect from us every weekday so your item will be despatched the same day or next working day at the latest.
If your item was sent by royal mail and has not arrived within normal delivery times check with your local sorting office before contacting us. You should receive a card through your letterbox when royal mail attempt delivery but we are getting more and more instances where no card is left.
Any item sent with royal mail and returned back to us as uncollected from the sorting office or royal mail/courier unable to obtain a signature on delivery and item returned the postage will have to be paid for both ways.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost by royal mail. We have an account with royal mail so we get a daily receipt from them for proof of postage.
Please leave feedback when you have received your item and our ebay will automatically leave positive feedback in return.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email us with your problem before leaving bad feedback. We pride ourselves on customer service and will try to sort out your grievence.
We post out every weekday but please remember that items do get delayed and lost in the post unfortunately this is beyond our control. We will provide proof of postage for any missing or lost item.
Items can be returned for any reason but must be sent back in all original packaging and unused(no exceptions).
Include your ebay user id with all correspondence and include with any items returned as we cannot tell who has returned the item by address alone.
Any item sent back that was correctly described and not faulty will have to have the postage charges both ways covered by the buyer.
Before buying read the item description where we will try and describe the item to the best of our ability. The item title may contain keywords only used so our items can be found in ebay searches. If you are in any doubt about an item "ask sender a question" to get your query clarified before buying.
We only post to the address provided on the ebay item won(no exceptions). We are not responsible for posting to old or incorrect addresses you have provided, so check your address before you checkout and pay for the item. If you require the item to be sent to an alternate address enter it on the ebay checkout page.
If you have received your item by royal mail and want or need to return it just cross out your address and write return to sender on the packaging.
Postage costs for sending and returning items are the Buyers responsibility unless the item was not correctly described and must be returned in all original packaging.
If you haven't had a reply to your email within 72 hours please email again as emails do go astray. Please note we are a business so do not answer questions on evenings or weekends.
