We are passionate about customer service. Under normal circumstances any order placed with cleared payment by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) is dispatched the same day.
Delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class is free within the UK but you have the option to upgrade to 1st Class or Special Delivery Next Day if required during the checkout process. In some cases we also offer free 1st class delivery as standard and these listings are marked accordingly.

Please Note: To protect items such as larger laptop sleeves from 13" and above we use a stiffener when packaging to help keep them flat and mark the item with a "Do Not Bend" sticker. If there is nobody home during your normal postal delivery time and you have a small letter box the post person may use their discretion and rather than damage the item leave a collection or re delivery card. Please bear this in mind if your item delivery is late before contacting us for postal confirmation.
You can always confirm the posting date by checking the order status of the transaction on eBay. We always confirm posting on the actual day posted and eBay would automatically message you regarding dispatch once we update the status.
 
European and Overseas deliveries are sent by Airmail Small Packet service.  Please see delivery options for these services and pricing.

We want to provide you with the correct size cover for your tablet or netbook to avoid any disapointment ,exchange delays or refunds so please take a few moments to compare your machine dimensions using this guide before confirming your order.
 
Traditonally screen size is the deciding factor for most purchases, our products are made to industry standard sizes which will fit 99% of all modern machines. So if your screen size does not exceed the maximum 10.2" as measured by the method "A" in the guide above then you should be fairly sure it will be a good fit.

However, many laptops and netbooks are now "widescreen" design so even though you may have a 10.2" screen the physical dimensions mean they are wider than normal "B" and shorter in depth "C" with a slimmer height "D". This may mean your machine will fit well on width but leave some space in the sleeve because the depth "C" is shorter.  This space can of course be used for the charger and lead if necersary.
 
Our size guide provides the maximum dimensions in all cases, there is some small "give" in the material but these dimensions are your difinitive guide.
