Party Parrot want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. You may return any products purchased from Party Parrot for any reason within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs) or exchange. The cost of returning goods shall be bourne by you. All we ask is that you ensure that the products you return are in brand new condition in the same unopened packaging you received them in. If you wish to return any products please contact us by email for details of how to do this and so we can provide you with a returns tracking number. Please quote this number in all correspondence. We regret that outbound shipping costs cannot be refunded. Where an exchange is requested, further postage costs may be incurred. We are unable to exchange or refund any products until the originals have been received by us. We strongly recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery method as Party Parrot cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. All refunds will be made using the original payment method and details. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. Faulty & Damaged items. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. However if you receive a faulty or damaged item then please contact us within 7 days to let us know. We will offer a replacement or refund including all postage costs.
