For your peace of mind we can EXCHANGE or REFUND within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you need assistance the best way to contact us is via e-mail. We aim to reply quickly and look forward to assisting you.
Please read the following before purchase of any item.
For EXCHANGES - If you wish to change the size or style , please e-mail us and confirm the exchange item you want is in stock. For exchanged items please note you are liable for postage costs to return items and for all items posted out too you. For REFUNDS - we refund original cost of the item and cannot refudn postage costs.
FOR ALL RETURNS:- PLEASE INCLUDE EBAY USERNAME ID WITH ALL RETURNS:
1) All returns and exchanges must be returned as "NEW" . Items must be in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached.
2) We are happy for you to try on clothing for size but we are unable to refund any item that has been worn for long periods of time (has odour smell, has marks on it by customer, or has been damaged) Please ensure items arrive back with is in "new condition".
3) Postage costs to return items to us for exchange or refund are non-refundable. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 working days from the day the item is received by us.
