All orders are dispatched within 2 working days, we do not ship on Weekends or Bank Holidays
We can only ship to the address on the PayPal Account, if you require an alternative delivery address, please amend prior to forwarding payment as we cannot amend once an order has been sent to our warehouse
You should receive your order within 5 working days, normally sooner, please note extended delivery times apply for the areas in bold below
**Shipping Costs for orders sent by Courier are £8 for Mainland UK (Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), An extra charge of £6 applies to Scottish
Highlands, Northern Ireland and ALL UK Islands including Channel Islands and An extra charge of £8 applies to Republic of Ireland

Any item returned to us due to non delivery (customer not present) will incur a redelivery charge as per P&P in our listings, Where an item has been sent free
delivery, we will have to recharge for redelivery or deduct the equivalent from any refunds, buyer is liable for the consequence of delivery delay, return or lost,
resulted from incomplete or incorrect address provided

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, we cannot accept requests to leave parcels in Garden etc.
We cannot accept responsibility for the cost of loss or damage in the post or in transit, if insured or record delivery is not taken, but we will keep a receipt for
proof of posting. Furthermore, if your parcel is lost or delayed then we shall work together until we have resolved the matter.
We accept payments through Paypal and postal orders. If payment is made by cheque/ e - cheque you will have to allow 5-7 days for cheque to clear then your
purchase will be posted once payment is cleared.

Terms / Returns
We are an internet only company and only correspond by email, please note we only respond to email Monday – Friday during working hours, we do not check
emails during weekends and bank holidays, please bear this in mind when awaiting a response. All emails are answered, normally within 1 working day, but
during busy periods please allow 2 working days

As part of your statutory rights, any item may be returned or cancelled within 7 days of receipt and sent back to us providing they are in its original unused
condition with any tags/packaging intact. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel, stating your buyer User ID and the reason for the return. We
will then issue you with a returns number that you must quote on the parcel when returning the goods. If you return or cancel your order we reserve the right to
levy a 15% restocking fee or £10 (whichever is larger). Outgoing delivery is non refundable (In the case of Free P&P, we will charge the restocking fee to cover
this) and you will have to pay for the delivery back to us yourself. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number.
NB: CLOTHING PRODUCTS, we cannot accept returns that have been worn or tags removed due to hygiene reasons
We will not consider any not as described returns in relation to colour or design of product where we have provided an image of the actual product, this only
applies to issues with appearance.
We check all items during the packaging orders, however if goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please email us with details and we will provide return/
replacement details. Any fault/damage claims have to reported within 24 hours of receipt, any claims outside this period will be rejected
We can only accept returns by mail as our office and warehouse are located separately
